Pacific Lutheran University's softball team competed against Northwest Conference rival Pacific University for the first time in a four-game series last weekend. The Boxer fell 5-4 to Pacific University of Division II Hawaii on February 17, but were perfect in the season, celebrating victories over Pacific (3-0) and Pacific State University (2-1).
